  Just wanted to get a Togo order, so my fiancé and I tried to call to pick it up. Which is normally never a problem. We called 10 times n never got through. Went up there to place the order and waited for about 10 minutes before we were waited on. There were 4 servers working and 1 cook. There was only 1 table sat down, finished eating and a Togo order waiting doe their food. One server, Precious, overlooked us multiple times. Another server, Day Day, overlooked us n stated she did not want to do any work and sat down. One server looked like it was the end of her shift and was doing closing clean up, which I did not blame her for wanting to not start a table that she was not going to finish. Idk what the last server was doing. "Precious" demanded to the last server to take care of us. Her, or "Day Day " could have easily waited on us. After I gave the last server our order, I asked why the phone was not in working order. They had it off of the hook. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the cook was amazing. He overheard me placing my order and knew my frustration and started making our food immediately. We wish we could have tipped him. I wish I could rate this 5 stars for him, but how we were treated by the wait staff was ridiculous. We have never had this poor of service at 773 Waffle House ever. Looks like we will be going to Chapin from now on if those servers will be working.
