- 4 / 5By Greg OsborneBest German food in the Midlands. Ms Wendy cooks northern style German food (so no spatzle) to order in a restaurant that resembles a German grandmother's home. As such, the service is not at the pace you would expect in a chain restaurant and I encourage you to avoid Saturday night if you are in a hurry. I also encourage to get an early seating with children or guests who are sensitive as the conversation is not always rated PG later in the night. So if you want authentic German cuisine in a lively atmosphere the drive up to Prosperity is well worth it!

Seems like if your not her friend she could care less about your food or enjoyment. I can't believe all the rave reviews. I knew it took a while going in, but never thought I wouldn't get my food and the owner could care less.December 12, 2016
